Our menus are preset for each day but here are some samples of what to expect: fresh juice (orange, apple or cranberry) fresh coffee or tea fresh fruit appetizer OR homemade muffins with yogurt in addition we provide a hot entree each day accompanied by sausage or bacon. On any given day you could find yourself enjoying one of: Banana French Toast with Island Maple Syrup; Puffed Apple & Raspberry Pancakes; Denver Omelette with Homefries; Sausage Strata; Waffles topped with fruit, whipped cream or Island Maple Syrup; Breakfast Quiche; or Baked Egg on an English Muffin. No one ever leaves the table unprepared to enjoy the day ahead. Breakfast is a great time to gather information from your hosts or other guests. Note: We will do our best to accommodate guests with food allergies but we cannot provide vegetarian or other special diet breakfasts.
